We are a clean and friendly, family-owned and operated full-service automotive repair facility in Kelowna. As we continue to grow and expand, we are adding a new member to our team.

Position: Automotive Technician (Kelowna)

Compensation: Based on experience, $30+(flat-rate) based on experience or hourly plus bonus offered

Career Opportunity – Automotive Journeyman Technician or Shop Foreman Okanagan

We are currently looking for a Shop Foreman or an Automotive Technician Journeyman to join our busy team to help diagnose, maintain and repair our customer's vehicles.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic mechanical and electrical work using specialty tools including scan tools, oscilloscopes, wiring diagrams, borescopes and chassis ears.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic flow charts.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication with the Service Advisor and customers.
  • Solve people’s car problems.
  • Apply diagnostic data found in one of our online manuals Alldata, ProDemand, and Identifix.
  • Protractor Shop Management and Autoserve1 (digital inspections) experience is an asset.
  • Experience Punching in and out of RO’s via timeclock or online.
  • Writing complaint, cause, correction-based RO reporting.
  • Preparing a repair parts list for the service advisor.

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team to maintain, manage and organize our customer accounts.

 

The Purpose & Objective of this position:

The Service Advisor role is a prime to the success of our business. The fundamental job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customer’s needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business
